All orders will ship with adult signature confirmation, a now required service. Adult signature shipments require an adult 21 years of age with a government issued ID to sign for the package.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders without notice.
There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
We process orders from 8:00AM PST - 5:00PM PST on weekdays and 8:00AM PST - 5:00PM on Saturdays. We do not process orders on Sunday and major U.S holidays.
Our daily shipping cutoff time is 4:00PM PST. If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, then your order was prepared but may not leave our facility until the following day.
Where do you ship to?
Due to regulations, californiavape is unable to ship any products into Utah and Arkansas.
We ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.
FEDEX does not ship to PO BOXES or military addresses.
APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 30 days in transit.
For shipments to AK and HI, shipping can take up to 2 weeks.
USPS First - Class Mail ("snail mail") 2-7 business days* in transit.
USPS Priority - (standard shipping) 2-4 business days* in transit
USPS Express Mail - 1-2 Business day* in transit

At our foreign customers request, Californiavape is pleased to ship worldwide, but please know that international shipments can take between 7 to 45 business days for arrival, depending on the specific country or shipping carrier (method). We will not take responsibility for packages that may become seized by customs, lost, damaged and/or delayed once the package has left our facility for International orders. We try to follow all shipping guidelines however its impossible to know every jurisdiction and their restrictions. We always adhere to the laws of the countries we physically operate in, but it remains the customer’s responsibility (due diligence) to be aware of the laws in their local country.
PLEASE NOTE: Tracking information is not available for standard international orders and shipments.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
As soon as your order is placed you can expect an confirmation email from us. The same goes for when your order ships, you’ll receive another email containing tracking information if available, as well as anything else that may be pertinent to your order.
If your shipping method has tracking, we will include that with your shipping email.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances, period.
E-Liquid – These products are a consumable goods and therefore it cannot be returned. Flavor of liquid is subjective based on individuals who are using it. Returning these items would be unsanitary for our facility.
Atomizers – These products are also consumable goods and therefore they cannot be returned.
Cartomizers – These products are disposable/consumable goods and therefore it cannot be returned.
Cartridges - These products are disposable/consumable goods and therefore it cannot be returned.
Drip Tips – Due to sanitary reasons, this product cannot be returned. Due to product design, these are very rarely faulty.
